Available for new and seasoned moms alike, the ultimate pregnancy & postpartum package supports mothers with the transition from pregnancy to postpartum.

Services begin with a 30 minute phone call to discuss personal story, hopes, fears, questions - and desired use of our time together. After initial phone call, we schedule an in-home visit, lasting approximately 2-3 hours. 

In-home visit tailored to personal needs, and may include: safe sleep, feeding schedules, bottle preparation, pumping, or breastfeeding assistance. Education and support related to postpartum blues or depression. Sibling engagement, review of traditional newborn cares. Home visits are scheduled 2-3 hours, so a feeding with baby occurs during our time together as well. 

In addition, the ultimate pregnancy & postpartum package includes unlimited communication (by phone or text), for 2 weeks following the in-home visitation. 

Frequency of communication, beyond inital phone call and home visit, vary by personal need and preference. 

Topics of communication might include emotional stress, breastfeeding, pumping or bottle feeding, and postpartum blues. However, the list of possible questions and concerns is unlimited. 

All services and information provided through Rising Light, LLC is provided with graduation, license, or certification as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Coach, Lactation Counselor, and Spiritual Midwife. I ethically and mindfully practice within my scope of practice. All clients consent to my services, acknowledging Rising Light as an adjuctive service - and should not replace cares with healthcare provider.
